Yes. Full app access requires a subscription. Choose a monthly or annual plan at the local price shown in the app. Eligible annual plans include a 7-day free trial; monthly plans have no trial. Before subscribing, onboarding includes only two complete affirmations and your personalized affirmation list.
Read three short guided passages in your natural voice. RiseWithin uses those recordings to create an AI voice that can narrate your affirmations. Preparation requires an internet connection and can take time. With a subscription, listen to your personalized, library and custom sessions in My Voice.
No. My Voice is optional. You can skip the recordings and choose a guided narrator instead. You can also switch between prepared My Voice audio and guided narration in the player.
Answer two questions about what you want to strengthen and what gets in your way. Your answers shape a session of 30 affirmations around your goals. After subscribing, return to that session from Home and listen at your own pace.
No. You can start as a guest, and creating an account remains optional after subscribing. Connect an account when you want to save your voice and progress to a sign-in identity. Guest data can become inaccessible if you reinstall the app or lose its device credentials; restoring a subscription alone does not recover that private data.
Yes. With a subscription, write your own affirmations or use Generate with AI to turn a topic or goal into a custom session. Listen in My Voice or a guided narrator, choose background music, and adjust the pause between affirmations.
Yes. With a subscription, prepare and download session audio while you are online, then listen to those downloads without an internet connection. Voice preparation and new downloads need an internet connection.
Yes. You can replace or delete your voice profile and its generated audio in Profile → My Voice. Voice deletion is also available during onboarding and at the subscription screen. You can continue with a guided narrator instead.
